Local Offer Leisure
Leisure is all about having fun! It's the time you get to do what you love, whether that's joining a sports team, checking out cool art, or curling up with a good book. Leisure time lets us hang out with friends and family, try out new adventures, and tackle exciting challenges.
Every parent wants their child to have fun hobbies and join in on cool activities. For parents of SEND kids, it can feel like their child's world is just home and school—but there are so many awesome things to try! It can be tricky to find the right, accessible activities in the community, and there are things like transport and costs to think about. But with a little planning, families can jump into fun adventures together or help their kids explore on their own.
Got fun ideas for cool places to visit or awesome things to try? Share them with us using the ‘Give us your Feedback’ button on this website—we’d love to hear from you!
