Rainham Foodbank: Here to Help

Rainham Foodbank supports those in crisis with emergency food parcels—available by voucher from RM8-RM14. To request a voucher,

call 0808 208 2138.   We also provide fresh food every Friday, open to everyone in the community —no voucher needed.

Support Services: Benefits advice, Debt help via Citizens Advice (Havering) and Debt Support through Community Money Advice, Counselling for adults and children (6–17), delivered by BACP-accredited counsellors

Community Projects: Sewing Sanctuary (beginner to advanced), English for Refugees (beginners), Art for Beginners

These activities help reduce isolation and build skills in a supportive, welcoming community.

Notes

Foodbank is open on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays  from 11.00am to 3.00pm

Benefits Advice, CAB, Debt Support  and Counselling takes place by appointment

Sewing Sanctuary classes are Mondays and Wednesdays - 10.00am - 12.00noon; 12.00noon to 2.00pm; Thursdays: 5.30pm to 7.00pm;

                                              Saturdays - 11.00am to 1.00pm

English for Refugees: Tuesdays - 11.00am to 1.00pm

The best approach to the Foodbank is through Walden Avenue, Rainham.

If using Google Maps, please put in Perry Close, Rainham.

This will bring you directly to our front door. 

There is parking directly opposite the door or we do have a car park, but access is required. Just ask as you buzz us to come in.
