Great Child Nursery & Pre-School

At Great Child all our children make good progress from their individual starting points. We track children's progress well to identify any gaps in their learning and work effectively with other professionals to ensure children receive the help they need. We constantly evaluate our provision to help improve our learning and teaching environments and practices. We also work closely with other agencies to assess the quality of our provision.
At Great Child we continuously monitor staff performance and provides supervisory sessions and opportunities for further staff training. For example, staff regularly benefit from training to enable them to better support children who need extra help in their learning. Our staff form good relationships with children and help them to develop their emotional security. Children are confident, independent and happy. The management and staff also provide a welcoming environment that helps to support effective partnerships with parents.
Our Vision is to promote learning through play using fun and friendly techniques in a safe environment.
