Here at Epilepsy Action, our helpline is here to answer questions, offer a listening ear, and provide advice and support. We support anyone living with epilepsy, as well as the people around them, including professionals and carers. The helpline also acts as a gateway to our wider services, such as 1:1 peer support, wellbeing and support groups, and a range of tools and resources. Whether you want to talk, connect with others, or simply find more information, we are here to help.
