Routes4Life

The Routes4Life provision aims to meet the needs of Post 19 students who have special educational needs and disabilities [SEND].
We provide young people with access to one year outcomes focused on individualised study programmes, appropriate to their needs, so that they can make a purposeful transition into their adult lives.
This specialist provision creates individualised learning pathways for young people who are seeking transition into either employment, supported living or a community programme.
