With learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, sensory impairments and complex health needs including epilepsy Aged 18 and over

Services:
Person centred planning
Support with life and independence
skills development
Support to identify and maintain education placements and/or employment
Support to identify and attend social and leisure activities
Onsite activity centre including swimming pool, sports hall,computer studies room, music room, arts and crafts room and sensory room
Up to 24 hour staffing
Waking night staff

Specialist residential transition service (ages 18 to 30)
