Hornchurch Academy Trust Community Hub

Hornchurch Academy Trust is proud to establish its first Community Hub, which has been based at our Scargill site since September 2025.

We believe that great schools thrive in happy, healthy communities with a strong social contract.  We also believe that school improvement and community support complement each other, and as such, we want to support communities where everyone is supported to thrive and flourish.

HAT Community Hub will aim to provide a wide range of integrated services and support that meet the needs of local people in a designated, friendly space where all users can connect, find friendly support, and access services easily.

It doesn’t matter if your child goes to Hornchurch Academy Trust or not—everyone’s welcome. Just come as you are and join the conversation! Whether you’re looking for advice, a friendly ear, or just a good cup of tea, you’ll find it here.
