This Girl's Ability is a non-profit organisation that aims to give girls and young women with disabilities access to sports and creative opportunities.
Based in the London Borough of Havering, we offer an exciting range of activities for young people in East London, South East London and Essex. These include creative hobbies, access to sports, volunteering opportunities, and workshops.
We currently run a weekly fun football session (Monday’s, 6 pm - 7 pm @ Emerson Park Academy) and a weekly swim session (Thursday’s, 5:30 pm - 7 pm @ Nuffield Health Romford)
