Pre‑ and Post‑Diagnosis Dementia Support
Facing concerns about memory or adjusting to a dementia diagnosis can feel overwhelming, frightening, and deeply personal — but you don’t have to do it alone. We offer a FREE, compassionate, confidential, support and advice service, before and after diagnosis for people living in Havering. Taking time to listen, answer questions, whether you’re seeking, reassurance, or help adjusting to life after diagnosis, we’re here to support.
Our dementia advisors will provide you support to navigate other services within the borough. Our service offers guidance throughout your dementia journey, on how to live well, support with benefits, funding, LPA, carer support, and more. If you would like to find out more about the service please contact us.
