Welcome to Havering PARA Athletics sessions, a fun and inclusive mix of games and simple, skills-based activities inspired by athletics and other sports.

These sessions are specially designed to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), aged 5 years and up. The focus is on enjoyment, movement and participation, in a relaxed and welcoming environment where everyone can take part at their own pace.

The whole family is welcome to join in. Parents/carers must stay and are encouraged to take part, helping to create a supportive, inclusive and positive experience for everyone.

No pressure, no competition – just movement, smiles and fun.
