Havering Talking Therapies

We provide Talking Therapies for people over the age of 18 and registered with a GP in the London Borough of Havering. We can help you with issues around feeling anxious, trouble sleeping, emotional pressures, stress and depression. You may be feeling exhausted due to worry, feeling low or even constantly angry. These are things that we can help you with.

We offer Workshops and Groups, Online Videochat using mobile, desktop or tablet, Telephone and Online Treatment (Silvercloud), Face to Face and 1-1 Therapy. 

Our range of services are tailored to suit different needs and the type of therapist will be chosen based on the kind of treatment you need.

• Cognitive Behavioural Therapists (CBT)
• Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWP)
• Clinical and counselling psychologists
• Counsellors

We are open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and we will book you in for a short telephone assessment and find the right service for you. If our services are right for you then we will offer you an appointment upto 8pm Monday to Friday, if we are unable help then we will find a service that should be able to support you.

Outside of office hours there is an answerphone. Please leave your name and contact detail and one of our friendly members of staff will get you back as soon as they can.
