HBBS - Havering & Brentwood Bereavement Service

HBBS is a local ‘not for profit’ organisation which was founded in 1989. We offer a professional and confidential counselling service to local adults, young people and children. In the first instance our work was primarily addressing issues relating to bereavement but over the years we have diversified our work in response to the needs of local people and now offer generic counselling to support people of all ages with a wide range of issues. However, our bereavement support work continues to be important to us.

Our work covers not only the Havering and Brentwood areas, but also extends to Billericay, Wickford, Laindon, Pitsea and Basildon areas and we have access to counselling rooms across this geographical area.
