Baby Massage

The course is facilitated by our trained Infant Massage Instructors in-person over five weeks. Baby Massage can support a babies overall development, help relax baby and parent/carer, support digestive issues like wind, gas and colic, promote better sleep habits and support the relationship between parent/carer and baby. Baby stay & play

This relaxed group is a good way to get to know and meet other families to make friends for you and your baby. The session provides a relaxed and welcoming space to meet other families to ask questions about your babies development, weaning, breastfeeding etc. The group is also a fun place to be while gaining advice and support from the early years practitioners. 0-12 months. drop in group, no booking required.

Incredible Years Babies Parenting Programme

A 8-10 week parenting programme focusing on looking at your relationship with your baby with ideas, advice and information shared on  promoting positive interactions and your baby’s development. Suitable for ages 0-8 months. Please contact childrenscentres@havering.gov.uk for further information.
