Referral Details

To refer a child or family, we need to be actively working within the school, and the school must agree to the referral beforehand. If you’d like to know which schools we currently collaborate with, please feel free to contact us for more information.

Even if we’re not already working with the school, we can still provide support to children and families. Please contact us for information on how to access the service.
