Esteem Educators: Education to Employment

Esteem Educators Logo

The Esteem Educators 'Education to Employment' programme is a creative and inspiring service, offering an individualised, 1-2-1 intervention strategy that is designed to meet the needs of young people Post-16. Our programme is designed to prepare young people for a successful transition into the world of work and adulthood.

At Esteem Educators, we understand that the transition from secondary school to Post-16 education can be daunting and challenging for some young individuals. As an organisation dedicated to empowering and supporting students, we have developed an innovative Post-16 1-2-1 programme to cater specifically to those who may not feel fully prepared for college or their next steps into adulthood after leaving school. Our comprehensive programme is designed to offer a nurturing, safe and personalised learning environment, ensuring that each learner's unique needs and aspirations are met.

We use an interest-led and evidence backed approach to learning with the aim to provide every student with the scaffolding to foster positive aspirations through a curriculum designed around the young persons interests, enabling them to fulfil their potential in education, employment and life.

The overarching aim of the 'Education to Employment' programme is to provide comprehensive support and opportunities to young people who may not be ready for college, or their next step into adulthood. We strive to offer:

  • Academic Advancement
  • Personal Development
  • Work Experience
  • Enrichment Activities
  • Interest-led and Individualised Approach
  • Foster Personal Growth
  • Transition Support
  • Positive Engagement
