HSC is a national organisation that provides support and information to people with health and social care needs. Our service users include older adults, people with dementia, physical, sensory or learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, acquired brain injuries, young people in transition and adults on the autistic spectrum. We offer a range of services to support you and your family to enable you to take control of your life and become more independent. Our staff and carers are fully trained to deliver services that promote the right of every individual to be treated with respect and to be fully involved in decisions about their support. Our services include

  • Home Care Support - personal care, companionship, respite care, palliative care and 24hour a day live in care
  • Benefit advisory service -for people with eligible health and social care needs e.g. attendance allowance, PIP, Carers allowance 
  • Day care services - for adults with learning disabilities 
  • Equipment and adaptations – for support within your home
  • Direct payments support e.g. resolving queries with HMRC 
  • PA support– PA management and general advice on the new legislation: The Care Act 2014
