Manchester Aquatics Centre

Manchester Aquatics Centre is now open after its £30million investment.
The gyms have been transformed for all your training needs where you’ll find over 150 brand new pieces of gym kit across the dedicated cardio, strength and functional training areas.
You’ll also love our new studio on the ground floor offering a variety of fitness classes as well as a dedicated indoor group cycling experience.
Our iconic Olympic-sized 50m pool and 25m diving pool are the perfect place for all your aquatics activities including adult and child swimming lessons programme and diving lessons.
We will welcome Better Swim School and Tom Daley Diving Academy back to the programme in September and for the little ones we have a brand new Splash Pad, perfect for first interaction and a great sensory experience.
Our sauna and steam room offer the perfect place to unwind as does the new Grab and Go café.
This facility is part of a unique collection of community and elite facilities governed by MCRactive, a not for profit organisation established and overseen by Manchester City Council. It is operated by Better under the MCRactive brand. Manchester Aquatics Centre is proud to be the Home of the British Swimming Performance Centre.
