Moodswings Logo

At Moodswings, through an uplifting approach to mental health recovery, we free minds; allowing people to live the best life they can, with or without, the symptoms of emotional distress. We want people to like the way they think, again. For them to become reintroduced to how strong and resilient they are. To see that their own, beautifully unique perspective on the world holds as much value as anyone else’s.

Our evidence-based, down to earth approach, is reflected in the range of innovative services we provide:

  • One to one recovery focused support for people who want to get better and stay better, free of charge. We want people to be as well as they can be and achieve their goals in life.
  • ALPS course provides a monthly programme of support to people working towards specific wellness goals.
  • Our mindful meetups are activity groups to help take your mind off your mind. They are aimed at helping improve confidence, reduce isolation and provide a healthy distraction.
  • The support of mates and relatives to ensure that they have access to the above services as well as their own supportive space.
  • Our helpline is available to all and provides, information, advice and support.
