Service Description: Provision of Sitting Services
Person centred care and support to children and young people, assisting with personal, practical, emotional and social support needs, to promote independence, fulfilment, involvement, build self esteem and work together to understand the priorities of each individual to achieve their own potential and provide respite and support to families.
Service Description: Befriending and Outreach service
Care and support to children and young people, to promote independence, fulfilment, involvement, build self-esteem and work together to understand the priorities of each individual to achieve their own potential. Encourage accessing the local communities, explore opportunities and enable children and young people to achieve their goals and aspirations. Manchester Families welcome.
Location: Manchester and Surrounding Areas
Times of Service:
Services available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day
Office Hours 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
With emergency out of hours service to support enquiries
