Konnect Youth Club for 13 to 17 year olds (4CT)

A Konnect youth club is offered by 4CT for children and young people with disabilities and additional needs who are 13 to 17 years old. Activities include sports, games, food, arts, crafts and outings.
It's the Fizz Club and is on Saturdays, 10am to 12pm, Ladybarn Community Centre, Fallowfield, M14 6RN. Small donation basis. Families must have had a discussion with a Specialist Resource Team worker about which Short Breaks will best meet their needs who will then make a referral.
There is also a Konnect youth club for 18 to 25 year olds, offered on a non-referral basis.
