Free Summer Nature Camps for 12 to 16 year olds: Action for Conservation

Action for Conservation (AFC) is a UK youth environmental charity that runs yearly free summer nature camps across England and Wales.

The Northwest camps are open to applications from any young people living in England or Wales who are aged 12 to 16 (at the time of the camps) and take place in the Peak District National Park. The camps are residential and take place during the school summer holidays, for 5 days.

About the Summer Camps:

  • Camps are open to young people aged 12-16 living in England or Wales.
  • Camps offer young people the opportunity to connect with and explore nature in UK National Parks.
  • They will take part in exciting activities like stargazing, learn about environmental issues and solutions, and make amazing friends!
