Sarah Hardy ADHD Coach Manchester Logo

At Sarah Hardy Coaching and Business Support, I provide neurodiversity-informed coaching and practical business support for adults, parents, professionals, and self-employed business owners across Manchester and the UK.

I specialise in supporting people with ADHD, Autism, executive functioning challenges, overwhelm, burnout, confidence issues, emotional regulation difficulties, and workplace stress. Whether you are newly diagnosed, self-discovered, struggling to stay organised, or simply feeling stuck, coaching provides a supportive space to better understand how you work and build strategies that actually fit your life.

My approach combines evidence-based coaching, Positive Psychology, executive functioning support, and lived experience as a neurodivergent business owner and parent. Sessions are practical, compassionate, and tailored to the individual — helping clients work smarter, reduce overwhelm, improve confidence, and create sustainable routines that support both wellbeing and performance.

Services are available online across the UK, including support through Access to Work funding, workplace wellbeing budgets, and private coaching packages.

I currently off sessions via zoom, or in-person in Heywood, OL10 and Rochdale, OL11

Other notes

I provide online coaching and business support services across Manchester and the UK, offering flexible sessions for adults, parents, professionals, and self-employed business owners.

My work is particularly supportive for neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, Autism, executive functioning challenges, overwhelm, burnout, emotional regulation difficulties, confidence struggles, and workplace stress. I support both formally diagnosed and self-discovered individuals in a neurodiversity-affirming and compassionate way.

Services include 1:1 coaching, executive functioning support, accountability, workplace and business coaching, Access to Work support, and practical business support for overwhelmed business owners and professionals.

As both a qualified coach and someone with lived experience of ADHD, I understand the real-life impact of juggling work, family life, mental load, organisation, and burnout. My approach combines practical strategies with supportive, strengths-based coaching to help clients reduce overwhelm, improve confidence, and create realistic systems that work for them.

I accept Access to Work funding and can create personalised support packages tailored to individual grant amounts and needs. Evening and online appointments are available.
