Leisure and Sports activities from BETTER (GLL Sport Foundation)
Established in 1993, GLL is the largest UK-based charitable social enterprise delivering leisure, health and community services. Under the consumer facing brand Better, we operate 258 public Sports and Leisure facilities, 88 libraries, 10 children’s centres and 5 adventure playgrounds in partnership with 50 local councils, public agencies and sporting organisations. Better leisure facilities enjoy 46 million visitors a year and have more than 650,000 members.
North Manchester City Family and Fitness Centre have added more of their group SEND swimming lesson so there is now availability on a Saturday morning at 8:30am. Booking is via the normal process using the following link: Better Flow Course Progress
Children can attend from 4 years old and the parent is allowed to be in the water with the child where needed. If parents/carers do want to contact anyone in advance of booking on they can email northcity@gll.org
