Salford and Trafford ME Group
This is a free support group for people diagnosed with M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis), CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) and Fibromyalgia. It is also for their carers and relatives. The group offers a Facebook page, website with relevant information, and face to face meetings for you to meet people with your condition.

The venue is disabled friendly. Offers coffee, tea snacks and full meals. They have ground floor toilets and free parking is available in the main Urmston car park. This location is opposite the Urmston Train Station on a pedestrianised shopping precinct. There are also meetings in Salford on the last Tuesday of each month if the above venue is not convenient. We meet at Tesco Express, Cafe area, Pendleton Way, Salford Precinct. M6 5JG.

People with ME CFS and Fibromyalgia often become isolated and feel outcast. You can join people that are happy to becopme your friend and know exactly what you are going through, as they experience the same isolation. There is no prejudice or pressure on any of our members. We offer advice and support and understanding.
