Together Dementia Support: Activity Groups for People with Dementia

Together Dementia Support (TDS) Logo

We run friendship and activity groups for people with mild-moderate dementia who want to socialise, maintain skills, health, and generally have a good time. The groups are small so that each person is given enough help and encouragement to be able to join in and enjoy the activity or conversation. The groups last for approximately two hours and so a relative can have a short break while their loved one is participating. For further details of where and when the groups are run, please contact us on 0161 226 7186.

If the person you care for is not suitable for a group, they may benefit more from our Together at Home Service where a member is matched with a support worker or volunteer for one to one activities from the home. They can also take them on walks or to cafes. See more at: Together Dementia Support | Manchester Dementia Care Charity

Minibus transport can be provided Cost £5 per session.
