We provide counselling and coaching services to initiate change and create autonomy.

We provide Low Cost Counselling with our dedicated and handpicked team of skilled Trainee Counsellors. Who are fully insured and members of the professional bodies the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling Society (NCPS). We provide you with compassionate care and support on your journey towards healing, growth and autonomy. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or simply looking for personal development, our low cost therapy service can provide you with the support you need, at the low price of £18 per session.

We also provide a Mid-Range Counselling service where you can access accessible support with Qualified Counsellors for £40 per session. Discounts are offered for young people and on block bookings. More information, please visit here:

We currently accept referrals from GP’s, mental health agencies, charities, and self-referrals.

Regrettably, as much as we would like to support everyone, our Low-Cost Counselling Service is not a suitable avenue for severe or high complex needs.
