Referral Details

The easiest way to make a referral is on our website. You can complete this form whether you are referring someone else or yourself.

You can also give us a call or drop us an email about making a referral if you would like some more information first.

Once we have received the referral, you will be contacted to discuss what next steps you would like to take and you will have the chance to ask more questions. If you decide at this point that you would rather leave it or wait, that is completely fine.

Other notes
Eclypse will work with any young person who lives within the City of Manchester or who goes to a school in the City of Manchester. They can have appointments at school. There are similar services available in other Greater Manchester boroughs.
