Ready to unlock your potential?

Want to start achieving your goals but not sure how to get started? Sign up for our FREE Explore programme for young people aged between 16 to 25. During Explore, you’ll boost your confidence and gain teamwork and communication skills. And you’ll receive regular one-to-one support along the way. Explore is a flexible programme that gives you the chance to lead your own personal development. It can help you move into work, training, apprenticeships and more. The Explore programme is ran throughout the year, get in touch to find out when the next programme starts.

What's involved?

Induction

A dedicated King's Trust staff member will work with you to find out what your goals are and plan how you’ll spend your time on Explore. We’ll tailor the programme to what you want to achieve.

Access course

Once you’re ready, you’ll join an Access course, which lasts 3 to 5 days. You'll take part in a variety of activities that will help you build the skills you need to take the next steps towards your goals.

Follow On

When you’ve completed the Access course, you’ll take part in a range of follow on sessions that will support you to grow your confidence and achieve your goals. Here’s what you’ll get up to:

  • Take part in fun activities including outdoor learning, sports, arts and many more.
  • Develop key skills like teamwork, time management and communication.
  • Take part in activities that can help you live with independence, manage your wellbeing and have positive relationships.
  • Get support to create a standout CV, ace job interviews and prepare for work.
  • Have the opportunity to gain qualifications.
  • Receive dedicated one-to-one support to take the next steps into employment, education or training.

After the programme

Following the end of the programme, you’ll receive up to 6 months of mentoring support to help you take your next steps.
