We are a small friendly team with over 12 years’ experience in managing Direct Payments and Personal Health Budgets and we pride ourselves on providing an excellent customer service.

We offer a service which allows our clients to retain full choice and control of their care needs while relieving them the stress of the day-to-day tasks involved in managing the budget. 

Managed Account: 

We will arrange a meeting to discuss our service and get an idea of your care needs.

We will open an individual bank account to receive your Direct Payment or PHB. We will ensure your carer or care agency is paid on time per our payment schedules. We will ensure all payments are made on time to HMRC. We will complete all audits with the Council or CCG in a timely manner.

 Payroll Service:

We will ensure all relevant paperwork is completed to meet compliance with HMRC and the Pensions Regulator. We will process wages for your carer and provide you with the details needed to make payment to them and any tax owing to HMRC. We will keep an electronic record of your carers wages and amounts owing to HMRC to provide to the Council/CCG to meet audit requirements. Our price covers an unlimited number of carers/payslips.

Recruitment:

We will help you find a carer or care agency to provide the care you need. Once the right support is found we will continue working with you to make sure all your needs are met. Our aim is to maintain an excellent relationship and good understanding of your needs.

Prices (excluding vat):

Managed Account - £12.00 per week

Payroll Only Service - £7.00 per week

Recruitment - £100.00 per job advert

DBS Check - £65.00 per application
