Marley Solicitors: No Win No Fee Injury Solicitors

Marley Solicitors Logo

We are a law firm based in Bamber Bridge, Preston, with more than 25 years of experience supporting people and families through challenging times. Our main focus is personal injury claims, covering workplace accidents, road traffic collisions, slips, and trips. Our goal is always to secure fair no win, no fee compensation claims for our clients while guiding them through the process with care and clarity.

Alongside personal injury, we also deal with housing disrepair cases, helping tenants hold landlords accountable when repairs are neglected. We provide advice on wills and probate too, making sure our clients’ wishes are respected and their families are protected. We also prepare lasting powers of attorney, giving peace of mind that trusted individuals will be able to manage affairs in the future if needed.

At Marley Solicitors, we take pride in keeping things client-focused. Every case is different, so we tailor our approach to suit each person’s situation. We’re known for being approachable, transparent, and determined to get the best outcome possible.

Although we’re based in Preston, we work with clients across the whole of the UK. Whether it’s a personal injury claim, a housing dispute, or estate planning, we aim to combine our legal expertise with a down-to-earth, compassionate approach, making the law less daunting and ensuring our clients always feel supported.
