LACURA Care Rapid Response

Here at LACURA we offer Emergency Care Cover to Health and Social Care Providers across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas. Specialising in domiciliary care our Rapid Responders are trained, vetted, and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked.
Our Responders have backgrounds from a variety of Health and Social Care settings, including Registered Nurses, Retired Nurses, Student Nurses and Health Care Assistants suitable to meet most care providers’ needs.
Our responders’ training is listed on their profile. Extra training will also be listed, dependant on each responder and their background.
Our Responders have enhanced DBS Checks.
Our Responders have Level 2 PPE – gloves, masks, aprons, hand sanitiser and face visors.
We have our own App. This makes it easier for you to share crucial shift information and PDF rotas with our Responders.
Our IT Team can help you give us access to your Care System if you would prefer Responders to have direct access. (Partners use Staff Plan, Carefree, Access to Care Planning, Quik Plan, Cera Care App, and more).
Through the app Responders have access to various electronic forms, which they can fill out to make you aware of anything they notice out in the field, from positive client feedback to medication issues (Urgent info will be passed to your on-call).
Our Response Operations Centre is operational 24/7.
We have our own radio network which allows Responders to be contacted at a touch of a button.
Our App has live tracking enabled which allows Responders to be located at all times.
We have a dedicated emergency On-Call Line.
If you are new to Rapid Response, we will cover your first single or double shift for free.
Fill out the form below to let us know your requirements, one of our Response Coordinators will be in touch to get the ball rolling. We aim to cover care shifts within 30 minutes of receiving the shift.
