Whalley Range Community Forum (WRCF) Third Party Reporting Centre

Whalley Range Community Forum Logo

Whalley Range Community Forum (WRCF) is a representative residents group formed in 1995 to facilitate and improve communication and cohesion between members of the richly diverse community and those who serve or represent Whalley Range. Councillors, council officers and Greater Manchester Police (GMP) We get together with other groups and residents under the umbrella of WRCF at meetings held once every two months.

WRCF supports established and new groups, including the Age-friendly Whalley Range and Chorlton network, acting as an information discussion forum for issues affecting local residents.

WRCF disseminates information via its contacts, email, social media and website, facilitates physical and mental well-being, social activities and events at the JNR8 Centre. We co-organise an annual community festival.

Our activities include ESOL and fitness classes for women.

We are a foodbank voucher referrer for Manchester South Central Foodbank and a Warm Welcome Space on Fridays at 10am to 1pm.
