Healthy Start

Some people can get a free Healthy Start card. This gives you extra money towards milk, fruit and vegetables in pregnancy and 4 years after birth. To apply, go to the Healthy Start website:

How to apply – Get help to buy food and milk

If you need help applying, call Maternity Action on 0808 801 0488. If English is not your preferred language, call the Ethnic Health Forum on 07728750341. You can also speak to someone at your Children’s Centre or Family Hub.
