Workforce Approach

The Family Hubs workforce is made up of staff, groups and volunteers from different organisations, services and communities.  Working alongside the existing frameworks of those partners, the Workforce Approach brings together the elements that unify these approaches to deliver the objectives of the programme.  

The Workforce Approach identifies where consistency is required across the partnership, and how joint working can ensure the best outcomes for families.

  • Applies community strengths and local knowledge inform practice ​
  • Training and development that supports the Family Hub values and approach
